Working with directors, we advise on how future floor space needs could be met through a space planning study and an understanding of their business operations.

Whether relocation or expansion are proposed, we then advise on the size and shape of the premises needed meeting the many factors associated with a new building and allowing ideally for some space for future expansion.

• We arrange an assessment of all available site options that fit the brief.
• We review and if necessary secure statutory Planning and other consents, prepare a cost plan and appoint a professional team having discussed the procurement options.
• A contractor is appointed following a tender and negotiated price and we manage the project through to practical completion and settlement of the final account.
• Our objectives are to ensure delivery of the project on time and within the agreed budget.
